replaced battery.
brought the voltage back up to 12.4V-ish Sure starts better in our Wisconsin winters
But, no fix for the LIFTGATE MOTOR. All the same results as before.
I may replace the entire control module, but wish this could be solved with a "click"

More of the same,

When i run the "OUTPUT TEST" the module refuses all the calls.

No signal/communication = faulty wiring or dead/dying module.

Hunting for PART#
Are the suffix _/ A / C simply revisions of the same module? Are they all backwards compatible?
Any benefit from getting the newest revision?

Yes, they are revisions of the same module.

Latest is greatest. You usually cannot buy earlier revisions new; only used, as dealer OEM no longer produces them.

All should be backwards compatible.

Hard to say if any have a benefit, unless you know what changes were made. From my experience, revisions are small physical changes that do not affect function.
