So I managed to sneak through the hoops and got to drive my lowered Touareg at an AutoX event.
Don't mind the container of breath mints clinking around in the upper dash cubby...

- edit: AutoX results came in. The Touareg placed 65 out of 92. I beat out a Tesla, Corvette, Camaro, Toyota MR2 to name a few.

I never expected to be top ten but I’m still impressed overall. Most importantly it was fun!

  • Lowered about 2" on Scale Suspension Coilovers with 10 way dampening adjustment.
  • 22"x10" Rinspeed wheels paint Porsche silver with 295/35/22 Michelin PS4S

I will need to search for where I found that info for the VCDS guide for coding upgrades. It was either on this forum or the Ross-Tech. If anyone else has that info feel free to post it

Look through this area of the forum. There are a few threads/posts on different things you can tweak with Vag-Com/VCDS.
amazing, thank you for this. I have VCDS cable but don’t have a computer to use it with lol. Bookmarked that page

Steering wheel is plug&play? Also changed the clock spring?
seeing as my steering wheel came from an Australian right hand drive car, I had to swap out the wiring harness in the steering wheel from my original. Once I did that everything worked as it should like OEM. MFS, stereo controls, paddle shifters, horn all of it works properly. I did not have to change the clock spring.
