Hi all - first post here, and I decided to check with the community before going back to my wrench for his POV on the odd noises coming from my car.

I had an oil change last week, and since then, when cold, my car makes a horrible rumble when put in reverse. Once the car warms up, no problems; the rumble goes away and cannot be replicated until the car is cold again.

Also, the car makes an odd clanking noise when driving at low speeds. This clank has been present to some degree since I bought the car in 2013, but it seems to be getting worse.

Here are some videos of the noises:

Clank when driving (sorry for the wind noise): youtu.be/BTIEZ18toOI

Thanks for any insights that you may have!

if your in the usa your touareg is covered under a 10yr/100k mile powertrain warranty, GO TO A DEALER AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT.
