Hello,

I am new here and have had my Touareg since May 2015. I love it and wouldn't want a different SUV.

Recently I have had a check engine light for my intake manifold flap controller being stuck. I took it to my local VW Dealer and the service desk said I need to buy a new manifold. There is no way around it. $1,800!!!

Is this true? I only have 79,200 miles on it.
