I recently purchased a 2005 V8 with a kenwood dvd, gps unit in it. Unfortunately i do not like the way it looks in the car, and the screen is too small. Any ideas on what after market units work best and look more natural for my T-reg. I saw one on ebay that is listed for $415 but I do not know if it is legit. Thnaks

It would help to help you find the look you were after, if you specified which Kenwood model you have. The top of the line Kenwood is coveted by many here, so it would be nice to know which one you really have in there.

If you really want that "natural" look, some OEM DVD units pop up from time to time in the classifieds here. Go take a look see.

The unit is Kenwood ddx7015. Do you have any recommendations for something that would take up more of the opening. Thanks for your help.

The only after market HU that I would install in mine, and have considered it many times, is the Kenwood DNX 9960. I don't believe that it gets any better then that IMHO as far as after market goes.

The DDX 7015 you have does have a 6.5" versus the 6.95" size screen for the DNX 9960 I like. My only gripe on your unit is that silver edging, which would stick out like a sore thumb in your Egg, so I agree that it wouldn't look good.
