Blower motor cutting in an out, heat and AC

I've got a 2103 TDI LUX, when the car sits in the sun, the interior ambient temp gets up to say to 80 or 90F, when you get in and start the vehicle, the AC ramps up to high blower fan in "Auto" mode or not. Gas ram on drivers seat 2008 replacement
