castrol synthec oil - $63 for 7. Filter element - $17.90. Labor - $135. Plus tax came out to $231.

Brought it at McKenna VW @ Norwalk, Calif. Kept it there for a 1 1/2 days because they only have 1 t-reg specialist and he was working on 2 other t-reg before mine.

Two Things...

1. What a rip off lol, 135 for labor when it takes 15 mins.... anyone can change their own oil

2. you say you took your Touareg to Mckenna. My GF bought a 2001 jetta used there and have had the worst problems EVER. she has had the car for 6 months and it has been in the shop 16 TIMES. Her mom is a lawyer and is in the process of Lemon Lawing that piecer... Mckenna has never done anything right for us and the experience has been rediculous. just my two cents...
