Alarm for engine coolant check/refill became rather too frequent lately with my 06 V6 - an average of 4 liters every 10 - 14 days. I noticed this morning after I drove without ac that the coolants is dripping from around the reservoir. I called on a mechanic and he suggested thermostat or pump failure - I'm doubting this as there is no other warning signs/alarms other than when the coolant level drops below the threshold.
