Due to the chrome lifting off the plastic on mine I needed a new piece so instead of JimEllisVW or GetVWParts for $235 usd + shipping I got this.

Guy accepted an offer of GBP 48 so in the end it only cost $153 delivered to my door.
Quality looks great.

I bet from the photo showing something ground off near the part number it was the VW logo.

Also had some damaged plastic mesh which I got from Germany that was only $56 aud delivered.
