touareg radio problem

Hey guys, i have swaped my non working 04 radio for almoust new (dealer removed) 07 radio. Hooked it up, it works....BUT!, Weel controls do not work, control panel dosent display radio and radio functioning options, and the bigest problem of all...it does not turns Off when i shut the car off...
