Did you have to lift the car to fit these rims?

I'd love to change to 275/55/20 from 275/45/20? Is there no rubbing at all?

No need to lift to fit a 275/55/R20.

No there is no rubbing at all, but that is because I have 15mm spacers on.

Coming in late on this discussion but I have a question regarding tire size. I have a 2012 Touareg with 275/45/20 tires on factory wheels. I'd like to put all terrain 275/55/20 tires on them. Is this possible or would there be a problem with rubbing?

I think you would need to lift it up to fit 275/55/20. Several guys on the facebook forum are running that size but they had 1-2 inch lift on them
