I've seen more commercials than Olympics.
Its the same here if it any consolation, 10mins of coverage and 10mins of ads. When they come back someone has done something spectacular and we missed it, get 3 replays and more ads.

I think there are many more nice young ladies in winter vs summer. Makes you want try curling...time the missus washed that curtain too, she's getting a bit slack.

Nice vid.

Had the Olympics on not really watching because it was Mens Ice Dancing/skating. I hear the next guy about to skate to AC/DC " Back in Black"...I'm thinking NOOOO, he cant do that to Aka Daka.

I was right, he fell over twice.

I only watch these things for the spills anyway.

Men dancing on ice? WTF!!

I do not know about you, guys… I will soon switch to watching only high school sports, where a true and pure spirit of sport is still present.

The Olympic Committee is all bought up and corrupted, the judging is screwed, medals are distributed well before events are taking place, commercials are overpowering everything in the background not to mention sour faces of politicians feeling important and undividable part of sport programs. Was it always this way or it has recently became this? I have to admit, however, there are many incredibly capable athletes, bringing excitement to the game and who are honest competitors. But more and more of it, I see Olympic athletes, performing beyond-imagination but like robots with the faces of steel. It is not even a thing anymore which is shameful to share with everyone (perhaps “secretly” telling to media dogs ahead of time) that the kid was taken from his/her Mom’s arms at the age of 3-4 years old and then was raised and formed as an athlete in a special camp with a severe regimen. Many of those are barely can put two words together when interviewed after achieving a medal run. It makes me feel pity and nothing else.

You need to go back to, say, the 1936 Berlin Olympics for games free of political overtones. Oh wait...
