PLEASE HELP! "System fault, service now" - "Running gear fault" - Locked in park.

My 2008 Touareg 2.5TDI won't go out of park, it says "System fault, service now" and there's a picture of a key, it also says "Running gear fault" sporadically.
Can anyone help me? I definitely need to get the car moved, but preferably fixed

Sounds like you have a bad CAN splice, probably under the drivers carpet.
