08 t2 no crank no start

Well I think I am heading in the right direction. While visually inspecting the wiring, I found a severed li/bl (purple/blue) wire under the fuses in the relay/fuse box under the hood.
And this wire is attached to fuse #15 which is part of the circuit of the ecu and ecu power supply relay. I guess someone was there messing around, because the wire was cleanly cut with a tool.
Now my mission is to find where that wire goes. I am re-learning how to read schematics which I haven’t done since my Ham Radio days!!
If any one has any suggestions, please chime in, and I’ll update when I make some progress.

Success at last !! The engine started and I am so excited !!!
That wire was the problem it had to be connected to 2 other wire of the same colors but with smaller diameters.
