My 2014 touraeg has 170,000mi and runs great but I have concerns over the condition of the injectors. is there a known amount of miles of which the injectors start becoming a problem?

I have scoured the internet looking for up grade injectors for when I need to replace the originals. I read on another forum that these (6.7 Powerstroke 2015-2019 Bosch® OEM New Fuel Injectors | InjectorsDirect.com) fit my reg.
Anyone have any experience with these or any up grade injectors?...thanks.

Your vehicle runs great, but you're concerned about your injectors? Why?
As long as you use quality fuel and aren't experiencing any issues, why upset the apple cart.

Why replace **** that doesn't need replacing. When they go, buy OEM.

Agree. Best thing to do is buy them ahead of time, along with any necessary hardware. Doing it this way you can search around for deals because your not rushed into purchasing.

I wouldn't even buy ahead time. Sometimes injectors go at low mileage, sometimes they last forever!

Seems the OP, like myself, thinks about what items might fail and would want to be prepared for it.
You could be right, sometimes they don't fail.

Ya I am looking at what is out there for when the need arrives.

Obviously how long they last is an unknown.
OEM injectors

So you'd stock up on $3k+ worth of parts "just in case"?
Why not just buy another Touareg for when yours dies? I mean, you gotta be prepared for it!
No I cap myself @ $2K on stocked up parts.
