How hard is this to do and does someone have a diagram i have been searching for a few hours on this and can get anything Please help a new Tegg guys out thanks.

emich VW can help you with the wiring setup from VW. Not cheap but the best way to go. My guess is about $350-$400 for that. It will have some nifty features.
Tranny adapts to the trailer. When hooked up trailer is connected to the car alarm and your trailerlights show up in the dash to see if the are properly working

You sure it is that cheap? Do you already have the module installed? I am getting a T reg next week and it has some aftermarket hitch and no wiring. It is cheaper for me to buy the $600 kit and put all the VW hitch components in that way than buying separate pieces. The module alone is $363, wiring is rediculous $300...kit is cheaper and you get it all ready to install.

Let me know how it works out and what you ended up paying and what you used. If I can save money, would like that option...:D

I doubt it. You need the wiring harness AND the module. They do not sell for 229

That is two different parts that you need.
Watch me you will have a connector left over that does not fit anywhere

From what I gather from reading here, is that the best and cheapest option is to just get a whole hitch kit from VW for $600. It comes with everything you need. Likely what I will do unless there is a cheaper alternative?
