Would be interesting to hear how the Germans pronounce it although of lesser value since even the Germans are not true Touaregs.

In SA with predominany Afrikaans and English speaking folks and eleventy million indigenous languages we go Too-ahh-reg but with the (moderately) accented “..g” pronounced more “..ch”.

Not to open another can of worms but…😝…why is it that English speaking people SIMPLY CAN’T pronounce “foreign” names especially those ending with an “A”.

For Pete’s sake, it is a HondA not a Hondurh…
