What issues are you having?

Does ACC not work currently?

The VCDS scan shows error occurred once only, so have you tried to clear error and see if it returns?

It's difficult to say what is required to fix because he's using an older VCDS cable which does not show the details of the error. Note the message about UDS protocol. If you can get it scanned with a newer version of the cable that supports the UDS protocol, that would help determine what is required to fix.

I am planning to get ODBeleven and scan it myself. The CAM cable for the lane change assist and possibly the ACC is broken which is being ordered once that is fixed we will try again. But the mechanic seems to think that some other factory reset took is required to reset whereas I have been advised that once all installed and working just recoding with VCDS or OBD11 will work.

I have attached some files. Let me know what you think?

IN REPLY TO YOU - SEE IN CAPS

ERROR CAN BE CLEARED I SUPPOSED ONLY AFTER FIXING THE BROKEN CABLE. SO ONCE THAT IS DONE WE TRY AGAIN. THEN AFTER EVERYTHING IS FIXED IF STILL NOT WORKING WILL TRY WITH OBD11 LATEST VERSION AS MY MECHANIC HAS THIS TOOL ONLY AS THERE ARE NOT SO MANY VW CARS IN THAILAND AND THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY THE DEALER HERE WHO ONLY DEALS IN VANS NOT CARS

Ok. Second scan shows multiple times failed. I suspect dead camera or cable.

Replacing camera and/or cable may work, but if it does require calibration after, then only a shop with specialized equipment can do it. It cannot be done in VCDS.
