2 questions - would this part be for the tailgate or sunroof or both because i'm getting diff results from checking with VW
& how much would that cost?

right now my sunroof cant open & close. According to VW its the control module that needs changing but I came across some sites saying it may be a relay issue. I don't really trust the guys in VW after they almost messed up my car.
