Power Seat height & backrest adjustment issue

Greetings Touareg Community,

I'm experiencing issues with the electrical back rest as well as seat height adjustment on rear end of seat. The height adjustment for the front of the seat is operating ok.
checked fuses -ok
checked switch by swapping to passenger side -working fine

Did anybody here come across this issue before or have an idea where the problem could be ?

You can connect VAG, and see if there is any error in seat module. Also you can do a manual test every single motor, and test operation switch.

I've powered up the single motors and they're working fine.
May be Problem with wiring or as you say Seat Module.
Where do I find that Module ? Is there one for both seats or one for each seat ?

Having very similar issue... Except I can hear the motor making mechanical noises, but no movement. So I figure it's mechanical (happened to someone else on the forums).
My question is how accessible are the motors, rigging? Is it enough to tilt the seat back, or does it need to be removed?
Also, how does one remove the plastic trims from the side of the seat (not the rails), without breaking anything...

I have the exact same issue like yours kolijoco..there is a sound of the motor but it doesnt adjust, how do you fix this?

do someone has a problem with the left front backrest , every time i get in the car need to adjust the back because moves back
