Probably a very simple Q, i wanted to jump start the wife's motor from my 2017 touareg v6 and couldn't locate the black neg terminal?

Under the bonnet, right side looking backward, there's a +ve terminal with red flip-up cover near the -ve terminal - both have hex heads.
I'm referring to a RHD car so it's possible it's on the other side on a LHD.

Negative is the silver bolt on the right of your photo. Shiny silver bolt.

Only the +ve is under the red cover.
The -ve is the FAR right horizontal shiny bolt up against the hood/bonnet strut.
[I'm being pedantic, I know!]

You are correct with battery post locations in that video, and so is the information in post #7.
