Is it possible to add adaptive cruise control

I have a 2015 Touareg LUX model and love it. I can see it has a camera installed in front on the rear view mirror. Is it possible to upgrade it to the executive models adaptive cruise control and other features by an on board computer change /chip or something along those lines?

ACC uses a radar horn installed in the VW emblem in the grille. The camera in the mirror is for traffic sign recognition, which you can enable via VCDS.

Thanks for your reply. Any idea how much this would cost or where to have it done if the cost isnt ridiculous I work on motorcycles not cars . This is way above my pay grade :). Would like to just bring it to someone to have the work done
