I'd like to see what you come up with price wise as well. Will you be detailing the supporting mods?

Yes, need to start working on CP3 pump upgrade now...

I'm thinking that it is going to come in at around 1400-$1500

This is with ceramic ball bearing, gtd vnt assembly, MFS compessor wheel (alcoa aluminum made in Lancaster, PA LOL), special turbine wheel, etc...

So this is an assembled turbo with new turbine housing, compressor housing, ball bearings, new TiAl wheel, VGT and billed compressor wheel.

Balance service included.

What about turbine housing paint or ceramic coating?

Any idea what a tune will be to get the full benefit of the upgrade,

As previously stated Malone out of Vancouver will be doing the Tuning.

Stage 3 should give you a good idea of pricing ($800 CAD).

Deletes are an extra cost ($250) as well as a Rawtek DPF/SCR delete kit ($950 CAD / $600 USD) and about 3 hrs labour....if you go that route ....let’s not start a debate on this one.

Catless Down Pipe would be extra...about $400.

BlackHaze makes a kit with catless down-pipe for about $1200 CAD

I think for now I'll skip the deletes. Tune wise is the tune specific to the turbo? I remember on my Mk4 BEW it goes in limp mode if it detects over boost.

Wasn't sure if it cares where the VGT position is commanded vs the pressure and mass flow it sees.

I guess I'd need a tune loader as well....

I'd request a good high temp paint on the turbine housing if possible.... I imagine POR-15 exhaust paint would be better than nothing (KBS is good but way more expensive). Or maybe Cerakote.... At least it would slow the rust down better then rattle can header paint.

Yes Mark will have a specific tune for this turbo both with and without deletes.

A flashzilla will make quick work of the flashing.

You can also have Mark do specific files for your for a few extra $$ like a towing tune, mpg tune, etc..

Was thinking the same 2 products. Have had great success with both.
