Congrats! My 06 has been great and the v8 is an awesome motor.

I haven't got around to photos yet, I work nights and sleep most of the day. I was going to wash/wax and take some this weekend but its supposed to rain fri/sat/sun. I will def get some uploaded when I do.
It does not have the air suspension, didn't really see a need for it since I seriously doubt this will ever go off road- I have a 08 Jeep Wrangler for that

I think the V6 in underpowered and works harder=same mpg as v8 maybe?.? I test drove several when buying and settling on my 2005. I now have a 2008 V8 "No timing belt!" Btw.... My mpg around town is right at 15.4. All highway driving 18.4 plus. Thats amazing for this big of a vehicle with this type of towing capacity, off roading, refinement etc. V8's especially the Audi 4.2 is paired to an Aisin trans is a great combo. The V6 is made by VW. Total crap shoot from What I have read on most forums over the years.

Hey Hey hey.... VR6 ftw! joking of course, I am a huge fan of the 3.6 decent mpg 20-22 on the high way 15-16 in the city never had a problem with it. Towing is okay, off road its perfect. Does 120+ on the flats.

The 3.6 and the 4.2 will obviously knock a second or a bit more off that but do you drive Harry Flatters all the time?

As for MPG I get an average of around 18 out of the slighter more generous Imperial gallon.
Think I should quit bad mouthing my V6. Went from a stop light to 60mph in 8.24 seconds going uphill crossing the Missouri river (highway on ramp). Suppose though if I had anything to tow would go for V8.

"Don't hang about" = "making progress" [as police drivers might say . . . !]
