Unhappy 05 V8 stalls at speed

I was coming back from a fair with my wife and twin 1 year old. My Touareg (2005, V8, gas, 144k miles) stalled out and battery light came on. I was able to put into neutral shut off and then restart. started driving again a couple miles later it stalled again. I repeated putting it into neutral and starting again until I got the family home. I took it to the dealership "mistake 1" I was told a bunch of different things that need to be fixed according to the computer. I asked them reset the computer and run it and see what the computer said. There were no errors "I was told" I have gotten the run around from them for a week now. I am picking up the Touareg today and would love some help fixing it.
things I have notice.
will stall with and with out gas petal pushed in
seems to lose rpms and then stall out
battery light comes on and then engine light
the speed doesn't matter stalls out between 20 and 80 MPH
computer faults " O2 sensor before and after cat, catalytic converter"
I am a fast driver
new Battery

I took it back from the dealer and I have a little more to add when I state lossing rps and I floor it. The engine recovers very suddenly. If I keep bass going there is no problem. It will also idle as long as I do not add gas

Just because you can hear them doesn't mean they are working correctly.

Run a VCDS autoscan and lets see what you find.
