Bolt 5 is a beauty, just seeing it is hard enough, never mind getting a tool onto it.

Follow up, the pipe is $500 from VW which is steep so say the least, so being in the engineering background, i took it to work where we wire stripped it clean of paint, thickness tested it and found on the tightest elbows the metal was thin 0.3-0.5 so we have built up all the elbows with a large pad of high grade silver solder (56% silver). The pipe has been primed and repainted and looks good
Re-assembled the car last night and filled it with coolant. Next i made a makeshift belt that fitted on the engine coolant pump pulley, using my makeshift belt being driven by a battery drill, you could hear the air bubbles working their way back to the expansion bottle---2.3L of air came out using this method.
That engine mount is a doozie. Once assembled i throttled down my compressor to about 10-15psi and pressurised the cooling system. Locked off my air filling hose off (Trusty vice grips) leaving the system pressurised and it has not lost a single pound overnight.
Now i'm just waiting for new idlers for the aux belt which should be here next week and we're good to go.
if anyone needs more details don't hesitate to PM me or ask on here.
