If your battery is known good, there's a good chance it's your starter.

Diesel or petrol?

3,0 TDI, motorcode BKS. Both batteries are brand new giving 830 CCA.

Diesel needs Air/Fuel and compression (Glow plugs under 35f). Have you been having trouble in cold weather like the OG poster? What are your conditions.

Have you verified your getting fuel?

Are you able to scan for trouble codes?

his motor struggles to turn not fuel or air issues.

Your battery or starter brushes are probably shot!

All vw/audi engines must use 507.00 spec oil except non-DPF R5/V10 engines that must use 505.01/506.01

Now I put in a new 2KW starter motor and the car is fine! Seems the old starter had been fried once. Problem solved!

Best regards,

Kjetil
