Where is J519 in touareg 1

Hello everyone, following the following errors and that several functions do not work on a touareg 1, (turn signals, horn, wipers, headlights and multifunction steering wheel) I deduce that my J519 is HS, so I would like to know where is its location and How should I repair or replace it? what are the procedures to follow with VCDS?
