13' Suspension upgrades

Hoi there, just got a Touareg with 85k on the ODO. Wondering if theres any upgraded A-Arm and sway bar sets for this? Its really sloppy over bumpy roads.
Or perhaps theres a parts bill for new parts? The shocks feel fine.

The bushings are hollow. Solid bushings should last longer.

I'd be careful who's parts you use. Also I wonder why Porsche used a hollow bushing in the rear. Perhaps they did this on purpose for suspension tuning reasons rather then planned obsolescence.


What are the symptoms of bad control arm bushings on a T3?

I agree. Years ago I was in a group where members would upgrade their worn suspension with racier mods, but it didn't always pan out for the best. If your bushings are worn, replacing them with OE without 80K miles on them is already going to be firmer than you're used to. Going from worn out bushings to solid bushings is going to transmit a substantial amount of road feedback into the vehicle. You might like that but it's worth considering.

The symptoms are the car hops to the side when going over manholes and bumps. Same road I drive everyday in my Volvo V70R and Dodge Dually.

well, those parts are for the porsche, so it makes since amazon would say they dont fir(even tho they probably do fit, they are Porsche #s not vw #s.
