I am sure that this has been covered but I can not find it....How do I get my T to stay in the loading level setting?.. Also can it be locked so everytime key off it returns to loading level. I can not get it to stay or even yet go there. It starts down then goes right back up and MFI flashes auto setting. My knob has 2 preset settings and arrows that allow for additional travel...My owners manual shows 4 preset settings? Any ideas?
You need to be at a slow rate of speed (less than 5 mph) or stopped for the load level posistion to engage. It won't drop down if you are going any faster. If you speed above 5 mph whikle in load level mode it will return to sport, auto or comfort mode automatically.
I propably should have been more specific...When the vehicle is parked and running...or off..Will not go down and stay to load or unload but really to help hide the 6 inch gap from top of my 20" wheels/tires to fender opening
There is no way to keep the car in load level mode when driving. If you want to lower the suspension permanently you need to use your vag-com to trick the suspension. This will allow it to ride about two inches lower in comfort mode.

it should stay down. Just give the knob one twist and leave it. It should go down, and stay down till you give it another twist in the SAME direction OR you start driving and go above 5mph.
there are 5 level settings
Loading
Sport
Auto (+ comfort)
Off Road
X.Tra off Road
I understand that i can not drive at that level....Unless VAG'd but while parked is what i am looking for...That may be my problem..I am constantly turning to the down position instead of only once...I will try just once and leave alone...That is probably what I am doing wrong.....THANKS
Hold lower knob and press (load or lock?) button look for the icon in desplay.
And yes doors must be shut and you need to be below 5 MPG or dtopped
