sorry for the delay in response. I got the letter and when i called the third party handling the claims or question, he stated that I was in a different classification group. I can only assume if you Egg was damaged beyond repair then you would meet that special classification. I could be wrong, but like i said their a third party group to answer question and take information. I least i got to speak to a human and not a machine! :)If you find out something different please keep me in mind and let me know! Thanks!
