Turbo underboost!!

Hello
I am new to this site and I am unsure if this is the right place to ask, but here is my problem. I own a 2007 Touareg 2.5 R5 Altitude and have a Turbo underboost code reading. I have replaced the TURBO - EGR VALVE - THROTTLE BODY - N75 VALVE - EGR COOLER - MAF SENSOR - MAP SENSOR and have had a TERRACLEAN internal engine clean. Is there anybody out there that may have some idea what may be causing the turbo to underboost? Please let me know as i've ran out of idea's. Thanks in advance

When you replaced the turbo did it come with a new diaphragm controller?

Ditto, not sure the setup of the R5 turbo but if it has a vane position sensor like the CKRA 2.0LCr the vane lever needs to be surgically adjusted to achieve proper turbo vane position, it may cause an underboost or overboost if positioned wrong.

I presume you checked for vacuum leaks between n75 (top left in picture) and vgt actuator? Probably a sticky vane mechanism.

Does yours behave like this?

All vw/audi engines must use 507.00 spec oil except non-DPF R5/V10 engines that must use 505.01/506.01
