I don't have pictures of it but I have a 18' all steel trailer listed at 2000# I put my 1990 taurus SHO track car on it 3300# and pulled it from buffalo NY to WI 2 days after I bought my V10 TDI. You definitely feel that behind you, but the truck manages it well. The heaviest thing I have pulled was the same 18' trailer with a bob cat on it. I had no idea those things were so heavy! When we were pulling it onto the trailer it looked like it was going to pull the back wheels off the ground. It was interesting to try and center the bob cat on the trailer with the air ride compensating as soon as we moved it. Now I know to put it into service mode when loading a car or construction equip. The bob cat was a heavy son of a gun pulling. I let my roommate use his duramax to return it rather than my touareg. The duramax pulls it so much easier and the chassie handles the weight way better.... I still looked better doing it though

edit: more recently I use a tow dolly to usher cars from auction. jetta's and other light cars you can really forget about being there. Speaking of which. I pulled my SHO to a track in Ohio and my touareg completely destroyed the fenders hood and bumper with stone chips. are there mud flaps available to prevent this?

Just got a 28.5 foot Keystone Passport Ultra Lite GT (with the hitch comes to 30 feet and change). I run a weight distribution hitch and Tekonsha P3 proportional brake controller (set to NO BOOST). Trailer tops out at 7,200 pounds and 720 pounds tongue weight with my 2008 V8. Rock solid.

I'm thinking that nice looking trailer may actually be for those meat eating naked snow runners that dribble and slobber. You big softie, you.

Very nice looking caravan. People like you (and me ) are called "grey nomads" over here. On a serious note, do you have a floor plan or some interior photos? Would be good to see!

TDI. I tow an annual 2,000 mile round trip from Savannah to eastern Long Island and I take the hilly route through VA and PA instead of I 95.
