OEM Trailer Hitch Kit Install Manual

Attached is a copy of the OEM Trailer Hitch Kit Install Manual.

7L0 092 105 UA is for the North American market 2004 model year vehicles with a VIN of WVGBC77L74D0085096. New bolts were added that also included a new torque spec for the new bolts.

It includes instructions for removal of the existing bumper skin, structural bumper, installation of associated wiring and controllers.

These were the instructions that came with my trailer hitch kit that I installed on my 2004 Touareg. There are likely minor changes to the instructions that came with newer kits.

If anyone has an updated copy of a newer kit install manual, please PM me and it can supersede this file.
