Passenger side mirror memory no el worko

Anyone else have this?

I can program a preset for the driver seat and the outside mirrors no problem. When I move them, then press the memory button to recall the set positions, everything works except the passenger mirror. It never returns to the preset position (it doesnt move at all) despite what the joystick is set to (R or L), and naturally, I cannot program the setting for vehicle reverse either. I have tried many different ways to get this to work (ignition on / off / reverse / joystick positions, etc)!

Any ideas appreciated.

is the joint stick set in the middle of L and R, cuzz it has to be?

I have tried putting the joystick into all positions - doesn't seem to matter.

trip to the dealership on this one.... try pullin the fuse maybe to reset but other than that it maybe mechanical which the dealer will have to address.

Sure.... Which fuse? Unfortunately, there is no fuse labeled "Mirror Memory". There is one or two that says mirror, but how do I know it is not the one for the seats?

um... well i assume the fue for the seats says seats. but if it is the one for the seats... you can just reprogram the seats not hard at all, give it a shot i don't think you can hurt anything..... it is raining here in AZ otherwise I would go look for ya!

I pulled them all, and it still does not work. I also just realized that the passenger side light does not work, so this leads me to believe there is a wiring issue, like a missing ground connection or something.

I will let the dealer handle it: I have better things to do!
