Brake shop in GTA

My 2004 Touareg requires rear brake replacement.I was quoted by dealer 850$ + tax for Rear Brake Service.
Anyone know of a good mechanic or brake service shop for Touareg, preferably in Richmond Hill /Vaughan area or near by???

Thanks!

I can supply a rear brake parts kit for $290USD plus freight to Canada and the labor will allow you a several hundred dollar savings, please see the Classified listings for the top thread on this brake kit. Take control and save your money for gas!

Please call me for more details,

Regards,

Geoff

Geoff, I have an 04' V6, and I need everything pretty soon, front and rear. I'm in Chicago can you give me a price with shipping to Bedford Park Il. 60638? Thank you in advance,

Alex

Complete four wheel kit to Chicagoland is $761 plus up to $18.60 for three additional tool sockets that are specific to the work and not found casually at any auto parts store. The quote includes UPS ground freight, which is just two days, and every replaceable part: Italian rotors, low dust carbon-fiber metallic pads, sensors, caliper hardware, rotor retention bolts, and polysilicate grease. This is the kit and contents that folks are extremely satisfied with the performance, thoroughness, and delivery.

Call me to place any order?

Regards,

Geoff

Rommel -

I suspect we will see more of this type of rapid wear thru on these V6 trucks from 07-08-09 as the brake system was downsized. The front pads are not yet available thru the aftermarket, but we do have the rotors, sensors, and retention bolts. So you need to realize that it isn't just about the hardness of your foot on the pedal, but the speed that the brakes have to stop you from going is going to matter.

So if you apex your turns and drive like a sports car, you can be certain the brakes shall wear out!

Call me for more details, pricing, etc? I ship to Canada or to Blaine,WA.

Regards,

Geoff

Hi Numike,

Corsa Autosport is a great place to have brakes done. They are located on Kingston Rd between Markham Rd and McCowan Rd on the North Side. They did all four of my brakes with the wear sensors that I bought from QPower for 1/3rd the price quoted byt the stealership. Its been 25k now and no issues with the brakes at all.
