Another shout out for Geoff. Picked up my brake kit a few weeks ago, and only just managed to get them installed by my independant. The tech was quite pleased with the comprehensiveness of the kit - he is usually missing one or two items when customers supply their own parts, but in this case he had everything needed.

Geoff was a pleasure to deal with, a good guy to talk to, and very reasonable price-wise. I'm extremely satisfied with the brakes themselves, as well - no squealing, very little brake dust, great stopping power.

Thanks again, Geoff!

Another thumbs up for Geoff. We had a great discussion on the phone. He knows his stuff. I received all the parts in in 2 days as promised all OEM or better quality. Geoff is the only way to go for your brake parts.

I did the front brakes this past weekend. Glad to be rid of that anoying nagging check brake linning. I have a wife, I dont need my car to keep nagging me.

This is great! I was just quoted $1645 from the dealer to do the brakes. After I finished laughing, I started thinking of what to do to save some money. Needless to say, i will be contacting you very soon Geoff. Thanks.

Thumbs up It's like Christmas!

Wow! I received the parts from Geoff yesterday afternoon...I felt like I had gotten a present in the mail. Everything was so beautifully wrapped, I didn't want to touch anything. So far I'm very impressed. This is quality customer service and I like it! I haven't had them installed yet but will be doing so on Tuesday. Thanks again Geoff.

Another positive experience w/ Geoff... I found this post linked from vwvortex and after all the rave reviews gave him a call. It was about 4:30 here in Arizona which put it at 7:30PM on the east coast. I didn't see any hours listed on his website so I just gave it a shot and he answered! He was very pleasant to talk to and was extremely knowledgeable about the Touareg brakes. His price is literally unbeatable and I'll be saving ~$800 off what the dealership wants to charge me for a brake job.

On a related note, our (it's my wifes truck) Touareg is near 60k ('04 modle) miles and this is our first time needing brakes. The sensor hasn't even gone off yet but we're starting to notice some reduced performance from the breaks and pulsing so I figure it's more than time to get these pads and rotors swapped. From what I've read on the forums this is extremely high mileage... We've done a couple of trips from AZ to FL and back but for the most part it's mixed city/highway driving. My wife says her dad tought her how to brake properly to make them last longer... maybe he's actually on to something!

What is the weight of the kit for both front and rear including pads, rotors, sensors and all required hardware?

Total shipping weight is two cartons, 110 lbs.

Igor, is that you?

Got your email... have your wife get in touch with me by phone to discuss or to order parts??

Thank you,

Geoff
