ouch...I can't imagine, but certainly not cheap unless you have some business relationship with someone who exports/imports regularly from US to AU... Packaging would be 31x31x12 roughly per each wheel/tire and the weight about 70lbs each if you want to check from your side.

You can move your TPMS sensors to any wheel. New stems are always a good idea. They are very reasonable at WalMart.
