How To Setup a T-Reg Get Together

Want to setup a get together with other local T-Reg owners? GREAT!

To setup your own event, simply post a new topic in this forum.

The subject should be:
CITY, STATE - DATE - TIME - [TENTATIVE or CONFIRMED]

For example, if you want to set up a meet for Bay Area Touareg Owners, you might use:

FREMONT, CA - 12/1/03 - 12:00pm - TENTATIVE

DEFINITIONS:
Tentative - This get together is not yet confirmed. Once enough (to be determined by those attending) people RSVP, the organizer should change the subject to CONFIRMED.
Confirmed - This event has enough RSVP'd members as determined by the group and will be taking place.



In the body of the message, put the details of the get together. Important things to include:

• Date/Time

• City/State

• Exact location (X parking lot, Y coffee shop, etc)

• Anything else of importance

If you want to attent an event that has been posted, post a message within the topic.
