Problem with RNS-2 audio

Hello, I'm new user from Italy and I own a 2005 VW Touareg. This is my problem and I hope you can help me to solve it; I bought an used RNS-2 on eBay, and I installed it on my Touareg but when select radio or cd player I don't hear nothing. The stereo works but there is no sound. I read that i can solve it modifying parameters with Vag. Can you help me ?

I had the same problem only yesterday, VCDS will sort it, the treg in came out of probably had dynoaudio.

I'm sure it was "radio" then "code" and there was a 7 digit code I changed the digit for 4 speakers, I will open VCDS shortly and confirm what I changed.

So in VCDS go to 56radio, coding, and I changed the code from 0007057 to 0003042,
Then, do it.

My above comment about 4 speakers is wrong, you select 0 for (no passive speakers)
