chechea: just run a wire to any unpainted surface on your car. Basically, attach a 3-4 ft length of wire to the other terminal, and attch the end of that wire to something unpainted. I actually used a ring terminal and ran it to the e-brake bolt underneath the dash... just tightened her up, and I was good to go... good luck!

jlh02005: I dont think so. I looked and researched for a while and this was the only option. That works for only some recievers.

Hi, Am just joining this forum. Am about to buy an 05 Touareg V6 without Navigation. I want to install a DVD in dash touch screen system. Please can I get advice on which type to buy for a Touareg??. Can I replace the CD system in the car with this DVD indash with all the VW complexities?? If not, where/how else can I install so the driver can see while driving(not illegal over here)??? Hope this topic has not already been dealt with.
Thanks

Price range for the DVD in dash touch screen system is about $400-$500. with a bluetooth feature so I can answer calls with the system.

How much also will installation cost in the US??

Thanks
