Caska VW Head-Unit

I was in my local car audio dealer looking at (limited) options to upgrade the Delta system in my Treg when they pulled out the catalogue of Caska.

They have a DVD/NAV HU which looks awesome, with a photo of it in a Passat. For an after-market HU it looked pretty fine.

Anyone come across this brand?

Coagent Electronic S&T Co., Ltd.|Car GPS Systems|TV BOX|Car DVD Systems|Integrative DVD Systems|Car AV Systems

Also anyone fitted the JBL Fix8 or Alpine PXE-H650systems?

I've gotten emails from this company asking if I wanted to sell their products. Unfortunately, their website doesn't show a version that would fit a Touareg. And it doesn't offer any other details (technical or pricing) of the products.

I figured it would be tough to deal with them in the end and didn't bother to contact them.

Ok thanks.

Any suggestions to do a quick upgrade to the Delta system aside from adding a sub? My last car had an awesome 14-speaker McIntosh system (Subaru) and the Treg...well....is a bit lacking. Can you get the 8/11 VW Sound or similar upgrade without replacing the HU?

Import a Kenwood DNX series unit you like from the US, and buy a Garmin SD card in NZ. Navigation and Ipod and Bluetooth (if you buy those bits). Landed and installed, budget NZ$1200-1400... Sounds fantastic!
