275/45/R20 Tire on a 20" Wheel
I have a 2006 V8 Touareg that needs a set of 20" wheels. i think that the 275/45/R20 tire looks the best and probably has the smoothest ride. I saw somewhere where VW recommends a 275/40/R20. Does anyone know if VW will give me any warranty flack if I go with the 45 series?
Sincerely, Monk |

275/45/20 is the way to go. Slightly taller tire, better ride, and tires in that size a quite a bit cheaper than the 275/40/20. No problems with warranty. If the dealer even begins to say anything about it, swiftly kick them in the junk.
