Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the front bumper?

It's easy. Take the grill out, fender liners out and bottom pan off. All the screws are readily accessible.

I am interested in taking my front bumper off too - to access one of my headlight washers. Teutonic, have you taken your bumper off? I see you noted taking off the grill, etc. but I'm not sure how to even go about that.... if you could give any more detail please?

I've had the rear off, and it was quite simple. On the front, though, I'm having trouble even seeing how it is fixed in place!

Thanks -

remove the front grille - there are screws on top and under the vw sign. then remove the screws holding the bumper in the wheel wells and under the front of the bumper.
lastly remove the screws holding the bumper which can be seen when you remove the front grille.
20mins and you'll have the bumper on the floor. although the wiring and hose for washers will have to disconnected if you want the bumper to be removed from the vehicle.
all the best

Thank you very much Singh - it's much more comfortable knowing what to look for. Now I can get in there and try to figure out why my headlight washer assembly has apparently cracked - it's dripping and leaking all my fluid out! Darn.

Happy New Year -

You start by removing the VW badge in the grill, since it hides the middle screws.
Push your fingers through the openings in the badge and give it a good pull!
After that it is easy.
